Free Flow

You can let your ideas and feelings flow freely, and follow
them wherever they lead you.
Because there is no editing, revising, or structure to journaling, it is easier to put your inner critic on hold and get to the heart of what you are thinking and feeling.
Allow yourself to write without looking back. Give yourself permission to just keep going, no matter what. When you allow your ideas and feelings to flow without restraint you will be amazed at just how much you can acomplish.
Many times if I am unsure of what I am going to write or how it will turn out, I will start on a fresh page. I give myself permission to tear it out and throw it away when I am done. I never have, but knowing I can allows me to let it all out.
Put your inner critic on hold when you are journaling and discover a more free, relaxed, open you.
