Stress Relievers

Peter Kua’s friend emailed him a list of 36 ways to reduce stress. Peter says stress reduction is crucial in your personal development passage. Stress is a silent killer, and it wouldn’t be fair for you to die early because you didn’t know how to handle it. We are not short of stress nowadays. Computer stress. Phone stress. Family stress. Here are some I am contemplating:

Go to bed the same time every night. No exceptions, not even on weekends.


Get up on time every morning so you can start the day unrushed. Again, weekends are no excuse to sleep in.

Write thoughts and inspirations down.

Laugh. Laugh some more!

Take your work seriously. Yourself? Not at all.

Every night before bed, think of one thing you’re grateful for that you’ve never been grateful for before.
