Regular journaling can make the rest of your day better.
Journaling every morning or evening can bring a rhythm to your life, and become a time for calming, centering, and reflection. Taking this time to go inward and be with yourself enhances your ability to be with others in a positive and intentional way.
Build up to daily journaling if it is not a part of your routine. Experiment to see when you like doing it best. Start with a small commitment, five to ten minutes at a time. Challenge yourself to try it for 30 days on a consistent basis and see what happens.
