My Family Cometh

My family is coming into town today - my mom, my sister Kelly and my Aunt Shirley. We always have a blast when we are together. My mom is 72 and my aunt is 82. They are sisters. My sister and I are…a lot younger! Here are the three of them at Crater Lake in Oregon.

We always have fun together. Sometimes we can’t stop laughing. This is my Aunt and I rocking out to the tunes on the paddle-boat in Klamath Falls.

My aunt and I share a love of reading and we like the same kinds of books. So when we get together we have a book exchange. I bet she reads even more than I do (of course she is retired!).

We are pretty goofy when we are together. We always seem to bring out the best/worst/weirdness in each other.

We are going to go to the new Olympic Sculpture Park on Saturday

and to the Museum of Glass on Sunday.

We are taking my mom out to dinner for her (late) birthday. And I have my son’s Wii so we will be bowling and golfing and boxing. I know we will have a great time together because we always do.

    Hey Theresa, nice pics though I seem to be missing :) I hope you three have fun this weekend. I didn’t realize Aunt Shirley was back. Give them a hug for me.

    This is actually Beth but I’m on Mark’s log-in on the computer and its all populted with his info. I didn’t know Grandma, Aunt Kelly and Aunt Shirley were going to be there. How fun! Hope you all are having a blast!
