The Perfect Day

Today was a perfect day. It was my day off and it was sunny and 70+ degrees. I caught up on a few things, ran some errands and then by one o’clock I was in my bathing suit lying on my new chaise lounge that David bought just for me with a book to read. Not bad for April!
Yesterday I had an MRI on my head, a brain scan, to see if it could tell my why my migraines are more frequent and more intense. I’ll know the results by next week.
My friend Pam came over for dinner last night. We had fondue and great conversation. We talked about beliefs and opinions and why open is better than adamant.
Back to work tomorrow and the countdown begins…exactly one month from tomorrow our store closes its doors.
